I don't know Haber. Is it the kids? or do we expect more from them? I know that it used to be that you didn't have to have a four year degree to get into a "trade." Nowadays, even to become what is considered a blue collar worker, you need a Bachelor's Degree.

We expect them to have a Bachelor's, we hope they are fluent in at least one other language, we want them to know how to do a professional resume, and give a professional interview right out of the box. They can not have ever had any experience with drugs and they should have a high credit score and be responsible. We want them to have been straight "A" students and well rounded children.

We want them to be experienced, but we don't want to take the chance and let them get experience from us. We want to see all their potential right up front, instead of taking a chance on them. I really think it speaks to society and not the deterioration of the work force as to what is going on.

I don't know, maybe I am totally off base, it's been a long time since I was in the work force, but when I saw the bells my kids had to ring and the hoops they had to jump through in order to get their jobs, it amazed me. The funny thing is the people requiring all this, didn't have to go through the same process to get their job 20, 30 or 40 years ago.

Then tend to forget that.
