Just to throw in some bullshit har. One thing I have noticed is alot of kids really don't need a job. The kids we get at our restaurants are only working just because their parents tell them they need a job. Most of them have their car notes, insurance and gas paid for by their parents so they don't really give a @#%$. Hell, pretty much every single person that works the kitchen smokes weed and really just work so they can buy a blunt or two. We don't even drug test since it will just make us fire all of our help. There are a couple good eggs but they end up burning out trying to carry the load all the other slackers leave behind. I have never seen as much rotation as I have seen at the new place, they are always firing and hiring people. there is a perpetual "Now Hiring" sign on the door and every week I see someone new. We laugh about it now but it still sucks. Another thing I have noticed in these smaller cities is there is a lot of nepotism, which is understandable I guess. You have a lot of family run businesses around here and pretty much all of them are going to put their kids in somewhere. So when Billy bob is working his @#%$ off trying to make 7 bucks an hour then gets to listen to his friend go on about how his dad pays him 15 an hour filling out forms on the computer it would probably wear a little thin. Anyways, this is all netardo. One thing I do like to see is my 22 year old cousin that never finished college making around 100k a year, just bought a house and a new truck and is on his way to being a millionaire just through nothing but hard work. See kids, it can happen har har har.
