I agree that 90 days is too much. I do however think that a 300 dollar fine is appropriate. I will qualify that comment that above that I believe that fines should be a function of income and not a flat rate since flat rates are unequal punishments.

Okay, if you are praying so loud that your volume is that of the cursing done by this woman or by the canoeist then yes, you should be fined. It is called disturbing the peace. If you play loud music, as has become common in the last two decades (Ive had people drive by a house I lived in with the music so loud it rattled the windows), you should be fined.

No one has the right to invade other peoples spaces. That is the protection of the house and the person, not the right to invade from such positions. You dont have that right. You disturb other people. You increase their stress. You reduce their standards of living. It is a form of theft, for in so doing you steal their serinlity. You have no such right. It is rude and it is abusive. It is a form of self entertainment that is intended to involve others. There is no other reason for it.

No human being has the right to accost others for their own entertainment or self gratification. It astounds me that a free people would even entertain such a concept let alone endorse it. I have no right to follow you around shouting BA BA BA BA, nor do I have a right to stand in the window of my house shouting the same nor to stand in the middle of a public park doing likewise. There exists no such rights among free peoples. The only places such rights exist are despotisms in which certain classes of people are allowed to do as they wish to unprotected and scorned classes.
