What? No, I disagree. I find you speaking at all offensive, so if I ever hear you speak you should be fined. Why? everything you speak of is offesnive to me, and I think you speak at too loud of a decible level.... Of course it's sarcasm but it still makes my point

Actually, why not? Following/Stalking has it's own set of laws, but as far as saying BA BA BA repeatadly, you can't do anything about it. As long as it doesn't endanger anothers life (FIRE!)
