An Italian News Agency was the first to notice the missing watch, and speculate it had been swiped. But in the end, it's Bush's fault for wearing a watch to begin with, I'm sure. If you want to blame Bush, start with the "Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill."

In truth I really don't care about the watch. This thread is about Bush in Rome and the expectation of the U.S. to take a leading role against world suffering, and Bush asking the congress for 30 billion dollars. Both federally and privately the U.S. already plays a leading role against world suffering.

As far as the watch is concerned it is embarassing. Bush is not good at public speaking, and there are times he is like a bull in a china closet. I do not 100% disagree with the Bush admin, but then I do not 100% agree with them either. I did vote for Bush in both elections.
