This is utterly ridiculous. No touching, period? Yeah, because that's building real-life skills for the real world.

It goes along with the same line of thinking as "no grades" or "everyone's a winner!" They want to protect children as much as possible without damaging their oh-so-frail psyches. But I have to wonder what a shock it's going to be when they finally get to an institution that has grades, or plays a sport where winning and losing is clearly defined, or they get to a school where touching is commonplace. If a girl is uncomfortable being hugged, she should have the spine to say so, or at least tell a counselor or teacher. Just "removing" the so-called problem does NOTHING for those girls.

When I have kids, I sincerely hope there are still places in this world that will treat them like young people, not fragile little dolls.
