There are a number of things I like about her political philosophy, but in the end the idea seems to be that she wants government to protect the rich from the poor (by enforcing property rights) but not the reverse (she endorses laissez-faire capitalism.) Quite apart from the fairness of such an approach, I just don't see it as practical.
Why would the poor feel obligated to obey the laws of such a system?

It's like most political philosophies--it would work beautifully if everyone would buy into it. But in the real world, they won't.
