I agree, Haberthan. Outsourcing is here to stay and I can understand why. I'm not a businessman, but I can understand the need/desire to drive down costs to maximize profit. Plus, as Alwin points out, we're in a global economy and that's just going to continue to grow. There's no going back. So, as I see it, outsourcing would be fine if Americans could easily afford the travel costs to go from home to the country where the company's taken up shop. This, of course, is not currently the case. Hopefully it will be. Not this will necessarily solve the outsourcing problem, but I think it may be a step towards the right direction.
